Fri. May 19 Team Placement Day for PreTeens age 9-12 4:30-6:00 pm at the studio.
*Must be registered for our 2023-2024 dance season with your registration fee paid BEFORE coming to the Team Placement Day. Girls will be placed on teams on a space-available basis. Please help us register more boys!
*Bring a water bottle and snack.
*Please wear your syllabus clothes as outlined below. (If a dancer is new they can wear the closest things they have. They shouldn’t buy new things just for the Placement Day, we’ll help them order what they need in the fall).
BOYS: White long sleeved church shirt, any color tie or bowtie, Latin pants/black pants, black socks, ballroom shoes. (If your ballroom shoes are too small or if you don’t have any you can wear tennis shoes or church shoes).
GIRLS: Hair in a bun, black leotard with short or long sleeves (no spaghetti straps, tank, or halter top), black knee length skirt, black trunks, tan tights, ballroom shoes. (If your ballroom shoes are too small or if you don’t have any you can wear tennis shoes or church shoes that don’t fall off).
Sat. May 20 Team Placement Day for Junior/Youth ages 13-17
8:00 – 11:00 am Everyone
11:00-12:00 Lunch break (you can bring food and eat in the studio or you can go out to lunch)
12:00 Callbacks posted (please have a ride available at 12:00 if we don’t need you to stay).
12:15-1:30 Callbacks for those we need to see dance more.
